Kashif Shabir
Kashif Shabir is the founder and principal consultant at Ethical Consultancy Group, where he leverages over 20 years of experience to advise family offices and charities on maximizing the impact of their giving. With a deep commitment to social impact, Kashif specializes in strategy development, governance, and faith-based philanthropy.
Previously, Kashif served as CEO of Muslim Aid, one of the oldest Muslim charities in the UK, where he led international humanitarian efforts across Africa, Asia, and Europe. His extensive background also includes leadership roles at major organizations like Oxfam and the British Red Cross, where he focused on strategic change and knowledge management.
Kashif holds a Master’s degree in NGO Management from Bayes Business School in London and serves on several advisory boards. His work is driven by a passion for empowering leaders and organizations to create sustainable, long-term impact through thoughtful and effective philanthropy.
